About the Opportunity:
Due to continuous growth and successful tendering, Our Client is looking to expand their Commercial Team team by appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has 3 to 5 years’ experience working with either a Sub or Main Contractor.
* Preparing tender and contract documents inclusive of bespoke written scope of works
* Performing risk and value management and cost control
* Work closely with the Procurement team
* Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
* Be prepared to run multiple jobs at one time
* Cost Report Valuations
* Pricing and Submitting Variations
* Make site visits where necessary
* Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
Requirements
Our client is open to looking at Quantity Surveyors who have experience within the Fit Out field whether this be within a sub-contractor, main contractor. You must have at least 3 years’ experience with a construction company in a Quantity Surveying role and relevant qualifications.
Salary/ Benefits
