The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying with dry lining experience being desired.
The right candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor that comes from a construction background, with relevant experience in the residential industry.
You will be capable of undertaking a wide range of pre and post contract duties including pricing, schedules, and all relevant tender documentation.
You will be asked to measure yourselves and must be proficient in measuring and pricing. It would be advantageous if you have construction knowledge of dry lining and plastering.

* Be prepared to run multiple jobs at one time
* Cost Report Valuations

* Make site visits where necessary
* Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
Requirements
Our client is open to looking at Quantity Surveyors who have experience within the Fit Out field whether this be within a sub-contractor, main contractor. You must have at least 3 years’ experience with a construction company in a Quantity Surveying role and relevant qualifications.
