This is a key role overseeing the design process from coordination through to delivery on site, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. This opportunity is being offered on a freelance basis through our consultancy, acting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded developer with a strong pipeline of work across London. As Senior Design Manager, you will take ownership of the design management function on a complex RC frame residential development. You will ensure design information is coordinated, compliant, and delivered in line with programme requirements.
