Senior Development Surveyor needed in Solihull Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the quantity surveying duties on large developments in the West Midland and Worcestershire regions, including sub-contract and material procurement, tender analysis and placement of contracts. Ensuring health and safety requirements are in place for sub-contractors. Preparation and reporting on quarterly valuations, including sub-contract cost movements and build progress cost comparisons. Sub-contract payments, material invoice verification and authorisation. Skills Required: • Experience in a similar role at a senior level within a national house builder • Previous experience working with Housing Association building contracts • Experience of working with procedures and producing accurate reports and presentations If you have the skills above, please submit your CV
