Client information A leading main contractor based in Solihull, specialising in large-scale industrial and logistics projects valued between 10m- 150m. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support continued growth across the Midlands region. Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of industrial and logistics projects from inception to completion. Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, valuations, and cost reports. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management. Ensure commercial compliance, risk management, and accurate forecasting. Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to drive project success. Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment. Proven track record on industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects. Strong understanding of contract forms (NEC/JCT) and cost control processes. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver accurate commercial reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Senior Quantity Surveyor benefits Salary 75,000 - 85,000 depending on experience. 1 day working from home per week. Pension scheme, private healthcare, and additional company benefits.
