This role is essential for our high-standard maintenance and installation projects. We require a professional who is not only technically proficient but also meets strict safety and driving standards. Key Responsibilities Flat Roofing : Expertly install and repair flat roofing systems using heat application (e.g., torch-on felt). CITB Standards must be followed for all hot works. Pitched Roofing : Full installation and repair of pitched roofs using slate and tile. Essential Lead Work : Carry out specialist lead work, including bossing, welding, and fitting flashings around chimneys, valleys, and adjoining walls. Inspections & Maintenance : Diagnose leaks, inspect roof timbers, and perform reactive repairs to ensure structures remain watertight. Requirements & Qualifications Technical Experience : Proven experience in both flat (heat applied) and pitched roofing is mandatory.
