Reviewing design and IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the project scope. Leading coordination to produce accurate installation drawings, working closely with BIM teams to ensure compliance and programme alignment. Supporting on-site quality control to make sure all work meets technical, regulatory, and project standards. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier tenders to confirm they meet technical and design requirements. Ensuring all engineering activities, including procurement, stay on track with the project programme. Preparing, submitting, and managing all technical submittals according to project requirements. Making sure installations comply with project specifications and the QA plan. Coordinating subcontractor activities, maintaining progress and clear communication, and recording minutes from weekly meetings. Promoting best practices to improve project scheduling and delivery efficiency. Collaborating with the Project Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers. What We re Looking For: 5 7 years experience in the electrical contracting industry, ideally with a recognised contractor. Strong organisational skills and proven experience in project planning and coordination. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Navisworks and engineering-related database systems. Experience with project planning tools such as Primavera and a solid understanding of CAD and BIM workflows.
