Your new company Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will play a key leadership role in safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of all building users across the estate. Our client is a reputable regional SME with a strong track record of delivering mechanical and electrical building services projects typically valued between 1m and 5m . They operate across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and public sector developments throughout the East Midlands. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful handover. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of mechanical building services packages on a range of projects across the East Midlands. You will work closely with internal commercial and design teams, as well as main contractors and subcontractors on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
