Maintain quality records: inspection test plans (ITPs), welding records, mill certificates, and as-built documentation. 5. Stakeholder & Contractor Management Act as the primary interface between design teams, structural engineers, steel fabricators, subcontractors, and client representatives. Lead coordination meetings and resolve site-based design or technical issues. Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and contractual compliance. 6.
