As the Branch Manager you will be purely responsible for the operational side of the branch and will be overseeing a team including a Workshop Manager, Plant Fitters, HGV Drivers and Hire Controllers as well as working alongside a number of sales representatives. You should have previous experience working as a Branch Manager in a similar hire environment, ideally within plant or pump hire. You should have very strong and effective management and communication skills.
