Key Requirements Strong experience within housing management at a senior or managerial level. Proven experience managing complex tenancy issues, ASB and complaints. Ability to operate both strategically and operationally within a housing service. Strong leadership skills with experience supporting and developing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing estates services and contractor performance. Experience developing and managing SLAs and driving service improvements. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. CIH Level 4 (or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
