Key responsibilities Carry out servicing, breakdowns, repairs and replacements of domestic gas appliances (primarily boilers, heating systems and related controls). Maintain a high rate of first-time fix, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Undertake void property inspections and remedial gas works to ensure full compliance before re-let. Support planned maintenance programmes, including safety checks, upgrades, and compliance testing.
