Senior Designer Job in London A Senior Designer job is available, in a leading commercial interiors specialist, delivering high-end workplace environments across the UK. This is an opportunity to take creative ownership of projects up to 20m, working from concept to completion in a design-driven studio environment. Working with one of the UK's most respected design and build firms, this role offers the chance to collaborate with clients at the forefront of their industries. You'll be part of a collaborative, energetic team with a strong reputation for turning visionary concepts into exceptional workspaces. Role & Responsibilities Assess project design requirements and provide solutions meeting both client and company standards Manage and coordinate all design stages Liaise with design, cost, and project management teams to ensure full alignment Prepare and oversee contract drawing packages Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate creative direction Undertake space planning, including test-fits and technical coordination Ensure adherence to building regulations, CDM, and all Health & Safety requirements Monitor on-site implementation to maintain design integrity Continuously develop internal systems and standards to drive design quality. Required Skills & Experience Relevant qualification in interior design or interior architecture Minimum 5 years' commercial interiors experience, ideally within design and build Strong portfolio of pitched and delivered projects up to 20m in value Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching Excellent client-facing and presentation skills Strong organisational skills with a proactive, collaborative approach Passion for design excellence and innovation. What you get back Salary 50,000 - 80,000 depending on experience This role is fully office-based 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closure Company-funded team holidays Company pension scheme with total contributions of 18% through salary sacrifice Employee Assistance Programme covering financial, mental, and physical wellbeing Access to 24/7 virtual GP service for you and immediate family Free independent pensions and mortgage advice Life assurance at 3x salary (after 1st year) Free on-site coffee shop with breakfast, fruit, tea, and coffee provided daily.
