Role & Responsibilities Assess project design requirements and provide solutions meeting both client and company standards Manage and coordinate all design stages Liaise with design, cost, and project management teams to ensure full alignment Prepare and oversee contract drawing packages Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate creative direction Undertake space planning, including test-fits and technical coordination Ensure adherence to building regulations, CDM, and all Health & Safety requirements Monitor on-site implementation to maintain design integrity Continuously develop internal systems and standards to drive design quality. Required Skills & Experience Relevant qualification in interior design or interior architecture Minimum 5 years' commercial interiors experience, ideally within design and build Strong portfolio of pitched and delivered projects up to 20m in value Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching Excellent client-facing and presentation skills Strong organisational skills with a proactive, collaborative approach Passion for design excellence and innovation.
