The Project Manager will be working closely alongside the Project Director, 2x Associate Directors and a Senior Project Manager and Commercial Managers The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be experienced in delivering the full lifecycle of schemes which are predominantly refurbishment and fit outs of existing sites. The Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as Cost Consultants to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be delivering projects for well known brands with contract values ranging from 1.5m- 45m.
