The business delivers a broad range of commercial interior refurbishment schemes, and this role will sit within a team focused on fast-paced fit out projects typically ranging from £50k - £1m in value. This is a key position responsible for managing the technical services / MEP elements of projects from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. The role would suit someone with a mechanical bias and strong all-round building services knowledge, potentially stepping up from a building services subcontractor background into a main contractor environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the design development, coordination and delivery of building services (MEP) across commercial fit out projects. Oversee the installation, commissioning and handover of technical services packages. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
