Prepare and manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) with accuracy and insight Monitor project budgets and control costs across multiple contracts Pricing, submitting & recording Variations. Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor accounts Provide commercial support to operational teams Identify and manage risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a maintenance, Construction or FM environment. Or a Junior Quantity Surveyor eager join a successful maintenance company.
