Domestic Construction Project Manager Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid) Salary: 40,000- 55,000 ( 62,500 total package) Role Summary Seeking a driven and technically capable Project Manager to deliver domestic retrofit, low-carbon, and energy efficiency projects. You will manage projects from design to handover, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and MCS standards, while coordinating installers, technical teams, and residents. Due to expansion and increased demand for our services we are now looking to expand our team and employ a Loft Installation Assistant. There may be opportunity in the future to progress to a Loft Installer position dependant on skills, experience and company growth. Job Description The work involves: * Assisting in the fitting loft ladders, hatches, boarding and insulation - full training provided * Assisting in completing the required paperwork and demonstrating how products work to customer where applicable * Working safely at height, from ladders * Working in the confined space of a loft * Working individually and as part of a team * Excellent customer service manner – work will be completed in occupied customer properties Qualifications required: Full driving licence (the post-holder will be required to travel to customers' properties in and around Coventry and Rugby).
