Key skills Develop, maintain, and update Site System Time Schedules, integrating construction, M&E, and commissioning activities. Monitor and report schedule performance using CPM and Float Management, identifying risks and opportunities. Coordinate schedules across internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and consortium partners, resolving issues proactively. Provide weekly/monthly progress reports, including S-curves, supporting the Construction Manager with on-site data collection. Maintain an as-built schedule, comparing baseline vs actual progress, and recommend improvements to prevent delays. Must hold a degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Must hold Project Scheduler experience in heavy/industrial sectors and projects, ideally EfW / Power generation. Must have strong skill sets within MS, MS Projects and advanced Primavera P6. Must hold valid safety certifications such as a SCC, CSCS or CCNSG card. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site's quality management system complies with ISO 9001, client and company requirements, as well as demonstrating leadership in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). The Jetting Engineer will be operating van-mounted jetting and CCTV survey equipment for a wide range of drain-related issues. Your projects will cover a wide range of drainage related issues, from emergency call-outs and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes together with follow up CCTV survey. You will work with a variety of clients and sites: industrial, commercial, residential to the specialist sector such as utility, road, rail etc. The pay rate will be negotiable, based on previous experience. In order to be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria: Experience in CCTV and familiar with high pressure jetting equipment. Manual of sewer condition classification pipe to MSCC5 essential and brick qualifications desirable. Experience with WINCAN VX. IT literate with ability to use Work Management systems and MS Office. Experience of working to strict operational regulations. Experience of working to strict KPI's. Full, Clean Driving Licence and CSCS card. My client, a local authority based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Clerk of Works to join their team. This is a full time, temporary ongoing agency contract and the successful candidate will have minimum BTEC Higher National qualification (HNC/HND), TBC contract knowledge, client side experience and ideally experience in local authority/public sector projects. The main purpose of the role is to act as the clients' representative on site making sure that building work is carried out to the client's standards, specifications and schedules. The Clerk of Works will be based on site most of the time or make regular visits to the site or sites; if more than one site is being worked on by the Service Providers (Contractors). The Clerk of Works will be vigilant in their inspections of a large range of technical, as well as Health and Safety aspects of the work. The main responsibilities of the role will include the following; Be self-motivated, self-supporting with the best interests of the project and residents uppermost. Familiar with the specification of works any relevant drawings, change orders and written instructions, checking them, and using them as a reference when inspecting the work Make visual inspections of the sites and work taking place. Provide support to both the Service Provider and Project Manager. Take measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and the materials being used meet the specifications and quality standards Be familiar with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them. Have a working knowledge of health and safety legislation and bring any shortfalls observed to the attention of the person(s) concerned, as well as the Project Manager. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes; BTEC Higher National qualification (HNC/HND) foundation degree or degree in construction or engineering or relevant experience. Level 2 SVQ/NVQ Diploma in Site Inspection or relevant experience. Driving Licence and access to their own transport.
