CDM Consultant Key Responsibilities Act as CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor under CDM 2015 regulations Act as Principal Designer or Principal Designer Advisor on small to large scale projects. Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and health and safety files. Conduct health & safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections Assist in the completion of PQQ/tendering documents Provide advice on project design and construction phases Prepare reports and H&S documentation for clients Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams Monitor compliance with H&S legislation and company policies Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor Sound knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction H&S regulations Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively Experience across multiple sectors preferred (education, commercial, care, etc.) Qualifications NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent IOSH Membership If you are a CDM Consultant or CDM Advisor seeking a new role then please hit apply.
