The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating all site activities and teams while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This role involves travel and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Schedule and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Enforce health and safety regulations, carry out site inspections, and deliver safety training Conduct quality checks and resolve issues promptly Efficiently manage labour, materials, and equipment Monitor inventory and coordinate timely material procurement Maintain accurate records including daily logs and progress reports Report project status to senior management Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to minimise delays Identify risks and implement mitigation measures Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in construction Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills Proficient with project management software and MS Office Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations SMSTS certification Valid UK driving licence EUSR SHEA POWER or valid CSCS card Desirable: Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field Experience in petrol forecourt construction (UKPIA) Emergency First Aid at Work Additional Information: This role requires travel across the UK and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Trainee Geo-technical Driller (105jc) – Gloucester and UK Wide – up to £22,800 to start – plus overtime, subsistence, accommodation etc Due to a significant increase in workload our Client are delighted to be recruiting for Assistant Drillers to join an expanding drilling department. Based in Gloucester, my Client is a progressive, energetic and friendly company with a renowned and enviable reputation for innovation. They have a wide Client base, ranging from private individuals requiring bespoke services or advice, right through to large multidisciplinary Consultants and main contractors who require large scale and complex ground investigations. Working within one of the drilling teams and reporting to one of the team managers, you will quickly be exposed to many sites across the UK and will soon be working in and alongside many project teams. The role involves: * Travelling throughout the UK, staying away as required * Assisting the Lead Driller to form high quality boreholes and installations * Client liaison * Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance, including regular cleaning of rig * Ensuring the maintenance and appearance of the drill rig and vehicle is kept to a high standard. * To adhere to the Drillers Code of Conduct at all times. * Work with project managers and site engineers to ensure field work is delivered * Attend inductions, training and EH&S meetings as and when required. This construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager with experience of working on Petrol Forecourts - managing rebrands, refits, extensions, refurbishments and upgrades within the kiosk / retail part of the petrol station. You will need to have experience with these types of construction projects. This is a nationwide role so extensive travel will be required. You will ideally come from a trade background and be comfortable with working onsite as well as supervising upto 6 subcontractors on any given project.
