Premier Forecourts and Construction Ltd has opportunities available for Multi-Skilled Site Operatives (Construction) team members to join us based in Swansea and working Nationwide for up to 95% of your time. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive package, transport to and from site, paid accommodation and overnight allowance.

About the role:
As our Multi-Skilled Site Operative (Construction), the typical site development will include shop extensions, knock down re-build of petrol service stations, re-pumps and commercial refurbishment projects that would suit construction workers with a variety of skills with an emphasis on Bricklaying and ground working skills, including pipework and maintenance.
Key responsibilities as our Multi-Skilled Site Operative (Construction):
- Carrying out tasks as specified for your role in line with works programme
- Construction works assigned to you by your Site Manager and Contracts Manager
- On Site Health & Safety requirements; Legal, Premier and Client specific controls.
- Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Site security and maintenance
- Collecting stock from suppliers or company stock
- Carrying out Site Surveys and additional works where required
- Completing permit documentation if applicable
- Recording Near Misses (NM)/ Potential Incidents (PI) Reports and send to office
- Feedback on any problems / variations / site issues
- Completing Vehicle Logs
- Company Vehicles to be maintained and kept clean at all times
This list is not exhaustive. Tasks will be allocated to reflect increasing levels of development and experience.
What we’re looking for in our Multi-Skilled Site Operative (Construction):

- Previous Experience in Construction in a variety of roles
- Able to work in a team environment
- Holder of a full UK driving

This construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager with experience of working on Petrol Forecourts - managing rebrands, refits, extensions, refurbishments and upgrades within the kiosk / retail part of the petrol station. You will need to have experience with these types of construction projects.
This is a nationwide role so extensive travel will be required.
You will ideally come from a trade background and be comfortable with working onsite as well as supervising upto 6 subcontractors on any given project.
You will need all relevant site management qualifications including SMSTS, SSSTS, 5 Day First Aid, CSCS, and any other relevant certificates.
This is an immediate role for the right person
