Key Responsibilities; Coordination of Fit-Out Activities: Oversee and manage all on-site refurbishment and interior fit-out works, ensuring they are carried out according to design specifications and within tight timelines. Liaison with Occupied Premises: Coordinate works to minimize disruption to ongoing operations in live environments (e.g., hospitals, universities), ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and occupants. Health, Safety, and Compliance Management: Enforce strict health and safety protocols, especially critical in sensitive environments like healthcare and education, while ensuring all works comply with building regulations and industry standards. Subcontractor and Supplier Supervision: Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality workmanship tailored to complex interior systems and finishes. Progress Monitoring and Site Reporting: Track site progress against the programme, identify and resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates to the project manager and client.
