The Estates department provides the College with a clean and well-maintained, fit-for-purpose estate that supports teaching and learning. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation so if you are an existing Estate Agent we would love to hear from you. You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £28,000 and £30,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate) whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this.
