We are working with an established property services provider that is looking for a project manager to service a national social housing provider, focusing on properties in the Chester and Stoke areas. This is a key leadership role, focused on ensuring full compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, while embedding quality assurance and driving service excellence. You will lead the operational delivery of planned works, overseeing technical service provision, supporting bidding activity, and driving innovation in energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
