Role Overview Lead and execute electrical commissioning activities across data centre systems Oversee commissioning of UPS, MV/LV switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, BMS Manage and review test scripts, compliance documents, and commissioning packs Conduct or witness FATs & FWTs, ensuring vendor compliance Track progress, produce weekly commissioning reports, and support programme deadlines Work closely with QA/QC, Authorised Persons, and vendor teams Ensure all commissioning works meet stringent safety and quality standards Requirements EU Passport holder (essential) 3+ years commissioning experience in data centres, pharma, industrial, or mission-critical environments Strong background in LV/MV electrical systems Electrical Engineering qualification or electrical trade background Strong documentation, reporting, and technical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently within fast-paced, high-spec engineering teams Package & Benefits €700 €800 per day all-in Long-term project pipeline across multiple EU countries Opportunity to work on some of Europe s largest data centre builds Highly supportive engineering environment with rapid progression opportunities

BMS Lead London (Projects across Germany, UK & wider Europe) 80,000 - 90,000 + Package + Travel + Bonus + Accommodation + Holidays + Long-Term Progression + Pension + Immediate Start An excellent opportunity for a senior BMS / Controls professional to step into a lead role with a rapidly growing, market-leading contractor delivering mission-critical projects across Europe. This role is suited to someone who has operated at the interface between main contractor, client, MEP teams, and BMS vendors, and is comfortable owning the BMS strategy, delivery, and commissioning across complex, high-value projects. You'll be joining a business with a strong pipeline of data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and high-tech builds across Germany, the UK, and the EU. The position offers long-term security, exposure to flagship projects, and clear progression into regional / EMEA leadership. This is a site-led, delivery-focused role - not a desk-based controls position. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay away as projects require.
