We are looking for a Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative to join our team based in Kidderminster, DY10.
Safeline Environmental is a leading licensed asbestos removal and management company employing over 50 people. We work nationwide across all sectors of industry ranging from blue chip multinational companies to private individuals. Our core business is working for leading insurers on domestic and commercial insurance claims. We remove all types of asbestos from bonded low risk materials such as asbestos cement garages to high-risk friable asbestos spray coatings.
We have grown our business over the last 15 years based on professionalism and reliability. We do not use subcontracted labour and prefer to employ and train people who have not been in the asbestos industry before.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £22,100.00 per annum and undertake the following training:
Non-Licensed asbestos removal operative training
Medical examination
Face fit testing for half face and full face RPE
Work at height training
Manual handing training
Internal equipment maintenance and usage training
You will receive a full company uniform, all PPE/RPE. You are entitled to 28 days paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays. After one year's service birthdays are given as holiday in addition to this entitlement and we pay for a celebratory meal with your family.
After 6-12 months the successful candidate will undergo additional training to remove high risk licensed asbestos containing materials. When undertaking higher risk licensed asbestos removal works you will be paid an additional daily uplift.
The role will include travelling nationally to different sites each day. Sometimes it will be necessary to stay away for larger projects. We provide hotel accommodation in either a travel lodge or premier inn with an allowance of £35 per day for subsistence which is added to your pay with no receipts required.
Occasionally, you will be asked to undertake works outside normal hours and will be rewarded with additional overtime payments.
A fully qualified asbestos removal operative as Safeline with one years’ experience typically earns £30-40k per annum
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a full and clean UK driving license

My client is a large civil contractor who works in the Utilities and Oil & Gas industry. They are specialists in pipeline Design, Build, Repair, Maintenance and Diversions. They have several large contracts in the industry working for Gas companies, Oil companies and on Refinery's.
They work on specialist pipelines with high pressures and within airports among other specialist areas. They are currently looking fo Foreman with a r a 360 operaor ticket to work on their projects across the UK on several projects. You must be prepared to work away Monday to Friday.
The projects you will be working on are MOD pipelines and Oil pipelines running to airports.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background within the Oil & Gas, Pipeline or Utilities industry (A construction background is not suitable). You must have a 360 CPCS or NPORS and ideally have experience with pipes. Ideally you will ahev a mate to work with you.
You will be paid accommodation costs (£56 per night or hotel & £12.50 per night) and will be given transport.
This is a permanent position and offers the opportunity to gain skills in a unique industry and gain industry skills and qualifications such as Manual Handing expertise, First Aid at work, Gas passport and CSCS Gold certification among others if not already held.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

A full range of bespoke canopies, service distribution units and complete ventilation systems are manufactured in accordance with their own client’s unique design requirements.
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Ventilation Engineer or Fitter for their expanding business. The role will involve working across the UK, installing new or repairing a variety of ventilation systems in restaurants, hotels, commercial and leisure establishments.

Must have a strong background in all aspects of ventilation systems, installs and fitouts, including kitchen canopy work.
Have worked with reputable ventilation companies historically
