We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for the successful running and delivery of a variety of projects, from Refurbishments, disabled adaptations, Block upgrades, new-build and the overall management of the projects including QS/Cost Control. Reporting to the Commercial / Finance Director, the role will require the successful candidate to oversee the commercial and contracts delivery of multiple projects.

* Manage multiple sites and ensure the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities
* Carry out ‘toolbox talks’ in line with the work areas programme and maintain records
* Ensure that adequate site records are maintained including but not limited to Site Managers reports, daily diary, weekly labour, plant, materials and goods returned, progress photographs, site inductions, and health and safety records
* Able to demonstrate a good level of financial knowledge in meeting the business and customer objectives

About You
