They are an independent RIBA practice with 30 staff members and 25 years of business who operate in a spacious and modern city centre with fantastic nearby amenities. They operate within the affordable housing and care home sectors and have an illustrious client base throughout the country. This interesting and varied position will see you producing concept designs and presenting to clients from different sectors. You will produce detailed digital models and accurate floor plans and elevation drawings. We are looking to hear from candidates who have a 'flair for design' who can put together high quality technical information. You will be able to take projects to the next stage using your initiative and be able to work within timesframes. REVIT and Photoshop skills are essential. You can look froward to working for a client who like to promote within the ranks and provide regular CPD opportunities. They have a good healthcare plan , generous pension scheme, a relaxed clothing policy and flexibility in start and finish times.
