An Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work alongside a Project Manager to lead a brand new £100M residential scheme in Sydenham, Kent which involves the construction of 254 apartments across two large wide RC frame blocks up to 11 stories with rooftop gardens/roofscapes and roof solar panels, along with balconies and yellow stock brickwork to match the surrounding buildings and history; along with a large undercroft basement car park and extensive landscaping.
