This client is a general residential company dealing with high volume housing. There is several QS roles available with this client ranging from Assistant QS to Senior level. Key Responsibilities: Maintain all cost control procedures working within the guidelines set out within the group policies and procedures Be aware and responsible for new materials or methods of construction and complete reports as followed. Prepare tenders and procure sub contractors, goods and materials. Analyse and report on costs and cash flow using the systems available Ensure all documents are completed on time to allow the construction to commence.
