Maintenance Electrician Location: Large static site in West London Salary: 44,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (plus on-call rota) Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your core duties will include: Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled PPM activities to strict deadlines and maintaining all supporting digital and physical paperwork. Reactive Response: Attending to emergency faults and repairs to ensure full compliance with site KPIs. Sub-contractor Management: Overseeing external specialists, ensuring adherence to safe systems of work and permit-to-work protocols. Technical Compliance: Undertaking AP/RP (Authorized/Responsible Person) duties as appointed. On-Call Support: Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota (must be able to attend the site within one hour of a call). Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background.
