Client looking to recruit at the earliest opportunity for secured projects Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the subcontractors requirements through the construction phase, offering appropriate advice to the construction team in respect of subcontract obligations Submission of valuations win accordance with the agreed project payment schedule Agreement of valuations with the client to maximise cash flow Monitoring of payments to ensure payments dates are met Identification, pricing, submissions and agreement of variation and claims cost Maintaining communications in the appropriate form at the required time to ensure the position of the company is safeguarded in respect of contractual notifications, progress, cost, quality etc Remeasurement of work in accordance with the required Method of Measurement, including submission and agreement with the client where applicable. Preparation of monthly financial reports comprising cost value reconciliation's, assessment of value adjustments, cost accruals, subcontract liabilities, materials reconciliation, cost checks etc Identification and management of project risk and opportunities Maintenance of master contract folders Procurement of subcontractor elements of work Supervision, guidance and assistance with the development and of Junior Quantity Surveyors. Requirements Approx. 5 years+ of civils & ground works expereince Experienced in JCT Live within an hours commute of Whiteley On offer: Private medical, option of car or allowance + fuel card, 26 days holiday and life Insurance.
