This is a fully remote, nationwide role offering a highly competitive salary of 90,000 plus package. This is a key strategic appointment, responsible for leading complex bid submissions across reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment frameworks within the social housing and public sector markets. If you are a commercially astute estimating professional with a strong track record in winning R&M contracts and frameworks, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation during a period of sustained growth.
