Your new roleAs General Civils Foreman, you will be responsible for Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects, such as roads, renewables, and utilities. You will report directly to the Site manager and your role will support the Site Manager to coordinate the safe management of a section of work on major projects or control all site activities on a smaller project ensuring HSQE, programme and budget requirements are set. Construction Site Manager Experienced Site Manager to work on a construction project of Permitted development of 60 residential self-contained flats with Steel Frame over. 1. MUST have least 10 years previous experience in the successful delivery of similar projects within the construction industry: Experience with Steel Frame construction is ESSENTIAL. Working knowledge of Romanian language would be very beneficial. Undertake the Hands-On day to day management of building site activities of the project. We will also expect you to project manage and organise both the works and supply chain, ensuring you maintain the working schedule to avoid time delays and disruption between trades. You will be responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary site of Mechanical, Electrical and Civils site staff and subcontractors on the location. You will ensure health & Safety is maintained to the highest standard at all times as well as ensuring the site operations are running as effectively as possible. You will be site based working on infrastructure schemes in the North East. The Role: This is a permanent, full time role. The successful Site Agent will have previous experience of working on civil engineering projects in excess of £3million in value, preferably with exposure to Water industry projects.
