Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management.Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, ideally within volume housebuilding.Strong leadership and communication skills.SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.Based in or able to travel to Cumbria.
