You will oversee and manage the production of the variation account and the agreement process with the Client and be responsible for compiling of monthly project cost reports and the presentation of this to the Company Directors An ability to build relationships with your project team and their clients is a must. Experience with production of cost plans, and full Build Tenders for projects would be a benefit. As a Senior Surveyor you will be responsible for managing other Surveyors of varying levels and provide support and training in order to develop their abilities and understanding.
