Responsibilities:
The principle accountabilities are to ensure that routine planned, reactive and preventative maintenance activities within the Domestic Systems are maintained to ensure safe provision of water, meeting / exceeding all deliverable SLA/KPI targets. These are inclusive of the following:
* Ensure direct reports and contractors carry out PPM activity to HTMs and L8 ACOP requirements against all operational Domestic services, plant and equipment. Ensure all areas of water and infrastructure services meet statutory compliance standards.

The principle accountabilities are to ensure that routine planned, reactive and preventative maintenance activities within the Domestic Systems are maintained to ensure safe provision of water, meeting / exceeding all deliverable SLA/KPI targets. These are inclusive of the following:
* Ensure direct reports and contractors carry out PPM activity to HTMs and L8 ACOP requirements against all operational Domestic services, plant and equipment. Ensure all areas of water and infrastructure services meet statutory compliance standards.
* To be the appointed Responsible Person for Water.
* Carry out the required level of record keeping to meet Statutory and Mandatory obligations.
* Interact with BMS systems and BMS providers to monitor Domestic system performance levels.
* Maintain and update all Water Systems Zone Log book requirements.
* Monitoring and corrective repair of TMVs and Domestic Water Services equipment.
* To drive and support energy reduction initiatives.
* Ensure routine testing of systems and calibration of test equipment.
* Improvements to installations and services.
* Producing High Level reports.
* Overseeing and controlling subcontractor works on Domestic Systems.
* To issue appropriate authority to work permits and designated Responsible persons functions.
* To report and feed into Asset Management criteria for Domestic Systems operational status' and condition ratings.
* Maintain knowledge of all spare parts on site for Domestic Services.
* Arrange, review and publish the Annual Legionella Risk Assessment, including drawing up and updating LRA Action Plans.
* Meet with the Trust Infection Prevention and Control representative regularly and attend the Trust Water Safety Group quarterly meetings including preparation of reports.
* Provide updates on all Legionella and Pseudomonas results to IPC.
* Attend, participate and disseminate Team Talks.
* Able to organise a small team of individuals carrying out similar tasks
* Interact with stakeholders around specific work efforts and deliverables

* Deliver excellent customer service in this client facing role and ensure excellent client relationships are sustained
* Maintains effective customer relationships within own area of responsibility
* Always looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience
* Maintain effective lines of communication between engineering operations, SPV and client personnel.

* Interact with essential departments for planning and change management requirements
* Act as Water RP for the site including all roles as above.
