The position would be working outside of IR35 The finishing foreman would be accountable for managing trades operatives on the fit out of rooms and communal areas and would be reporting into the Project Manager You would ideally have a Carpentry and Joinery trade background There would also be an expectation to manage plumbers, electricians, decorators - so good all round trade knowledge would be advantageous Refurbishment and fit-out experience would be essential
