This role involves working with a detailed schedule of rates, handling variations, and managing valuations for projects that include ramps, bathrooms, extensions, and other major adaptations under the DFG framework. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the schedule of rates specifically for major housing adaptations. Handle variations and carry out valuations related to bathrooms, extensions, ramps, and other significant adaptations. Collaborate with the senior QS and the team to ensure projects remain cost-effective and within budget. Engage with contractors and stakeholders to monitor financial progress and report on cost management.
