Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and relevant industry standards. Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a CAD Technician, CAD Draughtsperson, CAD Designer, Steel Detailer, or similar role within a steel fabrication or construction environment. Strong understanding of structural steelwork, secondary steelwork, and fabrication processes. Experience producing fabrication and workshop drawings for steel structures and construction-related projects. Ability to interpret engineering, architectural, and construction drawings. Comfortable carrying out site surveys and liaising with site teams when required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-working environment. CAD Software The business is flexible regarding software and is prepared to accommodate the right candidate.
