An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee the internals on 3 floors of a large residential development in Wandsworth and you would be focusing mostly on the drylining packages .The block is due to complete in Summer 2017 & is currently at 1st fix internals stage. The successful candidate will have at least 5 year experience of managing his own team. It is essential that the Site Manager has experience of all aspects of the internals process on a high spec resi job through to handover. The ideal candidate will also be from a trades background.
Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS (Black), SMSTS, First Aid.
