You will have the following skills and qualifications: Experience leading teams in repairs, maintenance or grounds services Knowledge of minor repairs, fault diagnosis and property maintenance Strong people management and coaching skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Health & Safety qualification (or working towards one) Budget and project management experience Competence with ICT systems and handheld devices Full UK driving licence IOSH Knowledge of European Playground Standards EN1176 & EN1177 would be beneficial. You will be working 08.00-16.30, Monday-Friday.
