Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation. Ensure design freeze, cost agreement, and scope clarity prior to contract award. Support delivery teams during project mobilisation as required.    Skills & Experience   Essential   Proven experience in pre-construction within modular (MMC) or off-site construction.
