Conduct routine and ad-hoc checks on buildings and equipment, maintaining records in line with established processes. Liaise with external contractors for maintenance or repairs of buildings and equipment when necessary. Ensure the physical presentation of buildings is always up to standard. Advocate for and uphold the University s health and safety policies, providing guidance and escalating concerns about non-compliance to the Senior Health and Safety Officer.
