What you ll need Educated to degree level or equivalent or work experience demonstrating graduate level ability; Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths Relevant professional memberships are desirable. Previous experience in a property development role. Project management experience and track record of delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards. Knowledge of the property development process, the built environment and principles of good design. Knowledge of construction contract management. Experience of working within a prescribed framework but ability to think creatively to resolve problems. Experience of using SDS Proval and Sequel (or other similar appraisal and cashflow management software). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-sufficiency in terms of admin. IT literate with day to day software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with Homes England s requirements.
