General Building Fabric & Client Liaison: Undertake general fabric maintenance and handyman tasks (e.g., minor carpentry, door repairs, patching, lock changes). Act as the primary technical point of contact for site managers and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and clear communication on job status. Mobile & Administrative Duties: Manage personal stock of commonly used parts and materials within the company vehicle. Accurately record all job activities, test results, and material usage on a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) via mobile device. Candidate Profile Qualifications: Formal qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Engineering is essential.
