Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and residents. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. Desirable: Experience working within supported housing, social housing, or similar environments. Basic IT literacy (for reporting and record-keeping). Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQs). Awareness of COSHH regulations and H&S compliance in residential settings.
