About the Role We re looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Working Foreman to join our clients team on a range of civil engineering projects in the Bristol area. This hands-on role involves overseeing site operations, leading teams on the ground, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and work alongside site operatives on civils projects, including earthworks, drainage, foundations, and road construction . Maintain daily site records, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications. Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to keep progress on track. Conduct toolbox talks , safety briefings, and ensure health & safety compliance at all times. Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain smooth site operations. Take an active role in achieving quality and productivity targets. Requirements Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor on civil engineering or groundworks projects. Strong knowledge of drainage, earthworks, kerbing, and concrete works . Valid CSCS card (Gold or above preferred). SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Full UK driving licence.

GROUNDWORKER - FAKENHAM Atrium Associates are currently seeking a Groundworker to join our client on an ongoing commercial project in Fakenham, working on a new commercial unit which is expected to last 15-20 weeks, THIS WOULD BE AN IMMEDIATE START FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. Key Responsibilities: Working with the groundworks team preparing the site. Able to lay kerbs, pipes, type 1 etc. Work collaboratively with site supervisors to push scheme towards end point Requirements: Valid Dumper Ticket desirable but not essential. Groundworker experience Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude Benefits: Ongoing Monday to Friday work Potential for long-term work with client on other projects, extremely busy across Norfolk.
