This is a permanent employed role, not a subcontractor or self-employed position. We specialise in reactive and planned plumbing and heating maintenance in occupied residential properties. Our work is scheduled realistically, allowing engineers the time to investigate properly, diagnose logically, and complete work to a high standard. We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic ability who can assess systems properly and identify faults without guesswork. Minimum Experience Requirement To be considered, you must have: At least 5 years experience in reactive domestic plumbing and heating maintenance Strong diagnostic experience in occupied residential properties Current domestic ACS gas qualifications Verifiable references If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply. The Role You will work independently across London carrying out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied homes, tenanted properties, and managed residential buildings. This is primarily a maintenance and fault-finding role. Light installation and remedial works may be required, but we are not looking for an installation-only engineer.
