Mechanical Construction Manager Thetford Contract 1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager in the Thetford area on behalf of a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor. Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for the mechanical services delivery, health and safety, subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants. - Reporting to the Project Manager. Provide weekly updates to the Contracts Manager and Projects Manager. - Manage and oversee the on-site construction team, including mechanical and external contractors. - Implementing of project health & safety strategies.
