The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the site is set out accurately and that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role involves working closely with the project management team, contractors, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conducting site surveys and setting out for various construction projects. Interpreting and implementing technical drawings and plans. Ensuring all work is carried out to the specified standards, codes, and regulations. Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Managing and coordinating site activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Monitoring and documenting progress, as well as preparing regular reports. Identifying and resolving any technical issues or discrepancies on site. Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Setting Out Site Engineer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD). Excellent understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
